Following the approval and signing off of the Reports the Accounts were then forwarded to the Diocesan Office.
On the Monkstown side of things all the logistical matters on the Parish side of things have been completed and recent contact with the ESB indicated that they will be moving the Pole on the Hill for work to progress.
Everybody is delighted with the recently purchased new Organ and particularly the organists and Choir. A need for on-going support for the fundraising is very important. An upcoming Table Quiz at the end of May hopefully keeps afresh in peoples minds any donation is welcome.
There’s been no movement at the moment on the Derelict Site in Ringaskiddy though expressions of interest have been made.
Harbour Parish Financial Reports
On the Passage West side of things clearing out of the Presbyteries and other work to make the premises presentable for sale is ongoing. Auctioneers have assessed the properties and it is expected they will go on sale as soon as feasible. The upkeep of the Presbyteries is to continue until such time as they are likely to be sold.
